BSc. Management & Digital Innovation

Be at the forefront of digital innovation in business and management, manage the deployment of digital innovation and social media, and apply these skills in a wide range of professions and industries.

A student is required to study 12 modules in minimum three and a maximum of six years, of which, 8 are compulsory units and 4 electives.

  1. Introduction to information systems
  2. Business and management in a global context
  3. Digital infrastructures for business
  4. Contemporary sociology in a global age

Compulsory Advanced Units

  • Core management concepts
  • Information systems management
  • Innovating digital systems and services
  • Management and social media
  • Research project in information systems
  • Management and innovation of e-business

Two Optional Units from:

  • Elements of Social and Applied Psychology
  • Principles of Marketing
  • Human Resource Management
  • Entrepreneurship
  • Accounting
  • Introduction to Economics
  • Principles of Banking
  • Organization Theory
  • Principals of accounting

Eligibility:

To be eligible for the BSc degrees, an applicant must:

Be at least 17 years of age
have GCSE/GCE ‘O’ level in Mathematics and English Language with at least grade C and 3 further subjects at ‘O’ level
AND
have two subjects at GCE ‘A’ Level

OR

3 subjects at GCE ‘A’ level and ‘O’ level in Mathematics and English Language with at least grade C

OR

BA/BSc/BCom from any recognised university of Pakistan

OR

FA/FSc/High School Diploma via the CertHE route

Students who do not meet the entrance requirements can register via the following entry routes to all degree programmes offered at UCL:

International Foundation Programme

OR

CertHe Social Sciences

Students with Intermediate qualifications can apply to the degree via the CertHE Social Sciences route. They need to have 50% marks in ALL their Intermediate subjects. The CertHE is essentially the first year of the degree programme and students study the same subjects, sit in the same classes and appear for the same exams as the BSc First year students. After passing their exams, CertHE students progress to the second year of the BSc degree just like BSc students.
